This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Nakheel Technology Solutions W.L.L. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Kuwait Kuwait City metropolitan area. The scope of work outlined herein addresses the client's requirement for sustained computer engineering support, system architecture design, network infrastructure management, and ongoing technical consultancy. All pricing presented in this Quotation Estimate is exclusive of applicable Kuwaiti Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 5%, which shall be added at the point of invoicing.
The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall perform the following duties and deliverables, all to be executed at the designated project site in Kuwait Kuwait City or at the client's premises as directed:
- System Architecture & Design: The Computer Engineer shall design, document, and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including server architecture, data center layout planning, and cloud migration strategies tailored to the operational needs of the client's division in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Network Engineering & Configuration: Full responsibility for the design, deployment, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and wireless network topologies. This includes firewall configuration, VLAN segmentation, load balancer setup, and bandwidth management across all client facilities located in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Hardware Procurement & Installation: The Computer Engineer shall oversee the selection, procurement, rack-mounting, and commissioning of all server hardware, storage arrays, networking switches, and peripheral equipment. All hardware shall be sourced from approved vendors and delivered to the Kuwait Kuwait City site within the agreed timelines.
- Software Development & Integration: Custom software development, API integration, database administration, and application deployment. The Computer Engineer shall ensure all software solutions comply with Kuwaiti data protection regulations and the client's internal security policies.
- Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Scheduled monthly preventive maintenance visits, real-time fault diagnosis, emergency response (within 4 business hours), and performance tuning of all IT systems operating in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Technical Documentation & Training: Preparation of as-built documentation, standard operating procedures, disaster recovery plans, and delivery of on-site training sessions for the client's internal IT staff in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Security Auditing & Compliance: Quarterly penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews aligned with Kuwait's National Cybersecurity Strategy. The Computer Engineer shall submit detailed audit reports to the client's management.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and pricing are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 The Computer Engineer and all supporting personnel assigned to this project shall be employees of Al-Nakheel Technology Solutions W.L.L. and shall operate under the direct supervision of the project manager. The client reserves the right to request a personnel substitution with equivalent qualifications upon reasonable notice.
4.3 All work shall be performed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Kuwaiti Labour Law, the Electronic Transactions Law, and the National Cybersecurity Strategy. The project site is located in Kuwait Kuwait City, and all on-site activities shall comply with local municipal and building codes.
4.4 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of hardware installation and network configuration, and 30% upon final project acceptance and handover of all documentation. Invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
4.5 The Computer Engineer shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) months of warranty on all hardware supplied and a six (6) month warranty on all custom software developed. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
4.6 Confidentiality: All data, documents, and information accessed by the Computer Engineer or the project team during the course of this engagement in Kuwait Kuwait City shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
4.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest affecting Kuwait Kuwait City.
4.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Computer Engineer and associated services in Kuwait Kuwait City.
