This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Educational Design Bureau B.V. to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial overview of the professional services to be rendered by our team of Curriculum Developer specialists. This document outlines the full scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs for the design, development, and implementation of a structured educational curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the client institution located in Netherlands Amsterdam. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is presented in Euros (EUR) and is inclusive of applicable Dutch VAT (21%) unless otherwise stated.
Our Curriculum Developer team will deliver the following services as part of this engagement. Each component has been carefully designed to meet the regulatory and pedagogical standards expected of educational institutions operating within Netherlands Amsterdam:
- Needs Assessment & Stakeholder Consultation: A Curriculum Developer will conduct in-depth interviews with faculty, administrators, and student representatives to identify learning objectives, competency gaps, and institutional goals specific to the Netherlands Amsterdam educational landscape.
- Curriculum Architecture Design: Development of a modular, competency-based curriculum framework aligned with the Dutch National Core Curriculum (Landelijk Kerndoel) and applicable sector-specific standards.

The Curriculum Developer engagement is structured over a period of 16 weeks from the date of contract signature. Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3) covers needs assessment and stakeholder engagement. Phase 2 (Weeks 4–9) involves curriculum architecture and material development. Phase 3 (Weeks 10–13) addresses assessment design and digital integration. Phase 4 (Weeks 14–16) is dedicated to faculty training, pilot testing, and final handover. All milestones are subject to mutual agreement and are detailed in the attached project Gantt chart (Appendix A).

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of Phase 2 (Curriculum Architecture delivery), and 25% upon final handover and acceptance. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Netherlands Amsterdam office account of Amsterdam Educational Design Bureau B.V. (IBAN: NL00 RABO 0000 0000 00). Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Dutch commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- All intellectual property rights in the Curriculum Developer deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Interim drafts remain the property of Amsterdam Educational Design Bureau B.V.
- The Curriculum Developer team shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all institutional data, student information, and proprietary materials encountered during the engagement, in compliance with the Dutch GDPR implementation (UAVG).
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive service agreement will be executed within 14 days of acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- The Curriculum Developer services are subject to the general terms and conditions of Amsterdam Educational Design Bureau B.V., available upon request and registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) in Netherlands Amsterdam under number 64281937.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined herein for the Curriculum Developer services to be delivered in Netherlands Amsterdam.
