Project Overview
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Pacific Coast Educational Solutions, Inc. in response to the formal request for proposal submitted by the Bay Area Unified School District. The scope of work encompasses the engagement of a senior Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive K-12 STEM curriculum aligned with California State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). The Curriculum Developer will operate out of our San Francisco, California office and will conduct all on-site workshops, stakeholder meetings, and instructional design sessions within the United States San Francisco metropolitan area, including the surrounding districts of Oakland, San Jose, and the Peninsula.
The Curriculum Developer will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in instructional design, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction or a related field, and demonstrated expertise in differentiated instruction, culturally responsive pedagogy, and technology-integrated learning environments. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the California Department of Education guidelines and will undergo a minimum of three (3) rounds of peer review before final submission.

Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% upon contract execution, 30% upon completion of curriculum framework delivery, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- All work performed by the Curriculum Developer will be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws within the United States, including but not limited to California labor regulations and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement in San Francisco, California.
- Intellectual property rights for all curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the Bay Area Unified School District upon full payment.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours beyond the estimated scope will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Pacific Coast Educational Solutions, Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the Curriculum Developer as described herein.
