- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Edutrain Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd, Stanbic Bank, Harare Branch. A 30% advance payment is required upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% disbursed in monthly instalments aligned to project milestones.
- The Curriculum Developer shall be a Zimbabwean national with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum design, a Master's degree in Education or Curriculum Studies, and prior experience working with the Zimbabwe Examinations Council or equivalent body.
- All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional schools in Zimbabwe Harare or additional subject areas, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Harare before resorting to litigation.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Zimbabwe, particularly regarding the handling of student and teacher information collected during the needs assessment phase.
