This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Trade & Customs Solutions to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the professional services of a licensed Customs Officer (Agente Aduanero) to be deployed and operated within the jurisdiction of Mexico Mexico City. The services described herein are designed to ensure full compliance with the Mexican Federal Customs Law (Ley Aduanera), the regulations issued by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT), and all applicable provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) as they pertain to import, export, and transit operations conducted through the Mexico Mexico City customs territory.
The assigned Customs Officer will hold a valid license issued by the SAT, possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in international trade facilitation, and be fully authorized to represent the client before all federal and state authorities in Mexico Mexico City. The scope of engagement includes, but is not limited to, the preparation and submission of electronic customs declarations (pedimentos), classification of goods under the Harmonized System (HS) and the Mexican Tariff (Arancel de Importación), valuation of merchandise, calculation and payment of duties, taxes (IVA, IEPS, DTA), and the coordination of physical inspections at the Mexico Mexico City port of entry.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current SAT fee schedules and market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
- The Customs Officer services described in this document are governed by the Federal Customs Law of Mexico and its corresponding regulations. The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer acts as a licensed intermediary and does not assume liability for penalties arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
- All operations will be conducted within the customs jurisdiction of Mexico Mexico City, including the Benito Juárez International Airport (AICM), the Mexico City land border crossings, and the designated SAT offices in the Federal District.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon contract execution; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments are to be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include government-imposed duties, taxes, or fees levied by SAT or any other federal authority. Such amounts will be billed at cost with a 5% administrative handling surcharge.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Confidentiality: All commercial data, product specifications, and trade information shared in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Customs Officer and Meridian Trade & Customs Solutions.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Trade & Customs Solutions, S.A. de C.V. to proceed with the engagement of the Customs Officer services as described herein for operations in Mexico Mexico City. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
