This Quotation Estimate is issued by Insight Analytics Solutions Co., Ltd. to formally present the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the provision of a dedicated Data Scientist professional to support the analytics and machine learning initiatives of Siam Digital Ventures PCL. The engagement will be conducted primarily in Thailand Bangkok, with the Data Scientist operating from the client's headquarters located in the Ratchaprasong district. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and should be reviewed in its entirety before acceptance.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, and statistical modelling. The Data Scientist will be embedded within the client's technology team in Thailand Bangkok and will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing, and deploying predictive analytics models and machine learning pipelines for customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and fraud detection systems.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets sourced from the client's e-commerce platform, mobile applications, and third-party data providers operating within Thailand Bangkok and the broader ASEAN market.
• Building and maintaining natural language processing (NLP) models for Thai-language customer support chatbots and sentiment analysis tools.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate Data Scientist-developed models into production microservices on the client's cloud infrastructure (AWS ap-southeast-1, Bangkok region).
• Presenting quarterly data strategy reports to the executive board in Thailand Bangkok, translating complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Mentoring junior analysts and ensuring adherence to data governance and privacy standards in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand.

All amounts are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party software licensing fees beyond those specified in Item 07. Travel expenses within Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area are included; inter-provincial travel will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of the Data Scientist onboarding phase.
• Monthly Invoicing: The remaining balance shall be invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month, payable within 30 days of invoice date.
• Final Settlement: Any remaining project-specific deliverables (Items 02, 03, 04, 05) shall be invoiced upon completion and client sign-off.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Insight Analytics Solutions Co., Ltd., Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Branch, Account No. 018-4-56789-0.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
2. The Data Scientist assigned to this engagement shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the contract.
3. All intellectual property, models, code, and documentation produced by the Data Scientist during the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of Siam Digital Ventures PCL upon full payment.
4. Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all fees for work completed up to the termination date shall be due in full.
5. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
6. The Data Scientist shall comply with all applicable Thai labour laws, the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), and any sector-specific regulatory requirements applicable to the client's operations in Thailand Bangkok.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Thailand Bangkok.
