The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month (12-month) retainer engagement for individualised Dietitian services, including initial nutritional assessment, ongoing dietary monitoring, customised meal plan development incorporating locally available Tanzanian foods, and periodic follow-up consultations. All services will be delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority (TFDA) and the National Nutrition Policy of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in three (3) equal instalments of TZS 2,497,667 each. The first instalment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the second instalment is due at the six-month mark, and the final instalment is due at the completion of the twelve-month engagement. Payment may be made via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or bank transfer to the account details provided by GreenLife Nutrition & Wellness Centre, Dar es Salaam. A 5% late payment penalty shall apply to any overdue instalment after a grace period of seven (7) calendar days.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• All Dietitian services shall be conducted at the GreenLife Nutrition & Wellness Centre premises in Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam, unless otherwise agreed in writing for home-visit consultations (additional fee of TZS 50,000 per visit applies).
• The Dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client health information in compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
• Client cancellation of the engagement prior to completion requires a written notice of at least fourteen (14) days. In such cases, fees for services already rendered shall be non-refundable.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical prescription. The Dietitian services are complementary to, and not a substitute for, medical treatment prescribed by a licensed physician.
• All meal plans developed by the Dietitian shall prioritise locally sourced, seasonal, and culturally appropriate foods available in the Dar es Salaam market to ensure practicality and affordability for the client.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The service provider confirms availability to commence the engagement within seven (7) working days of receipt of the first instalment.
