- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Diplomat International Trading Co., Ltd. for the exclusive benefit of Guangzhou Huacheng Corporate Group and is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue stated above.
- All Diplomat products listed in this Quotation Estimate are subject to prior availability. Lead times for custom-manufactured items (Ref 01, 05) are estimated at eight (8) weeks from receipt of a signed purchase order and 30% advance deposit.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% upon completion of factory inspection in China Guangzhou, and 20% upon final installation sign-off at the client's premises.
- All Diplomat furniture and equipment carries a minimum five-year structural warranty. The Diplomat after-sales maintenance contract (Ref 10) extends comprehensive coverage to three years with a guaranteed 24-hour on-site response within the Guangzhou metropolitan area.
- Delivery and installation within the Guangzhou municipal boundary are included. Any site access restrictions, crane hire, or after-hours work will be quoted separately as a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of all applicable domestic transport within Guangdong Province. International shipping, customs duties, or export taxes do not apply as all Diplomat goods are sourced and assembled locally in China Guangzhou.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Purchase Agreement. Diplomat reserves the right to revise pricing should raw material costs fluctuate by more than 8% prior to order confirmation.
- All intellectual property, design patents, and the Diplomat brand mark remain the exclusive property of Diplomat International Trading Co., Ltd. No reproduction or resale of Diplomat-branded items is permitted without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Diplomat products and services in China Guangzhou and confirms that all specifications, pricing, and terms have been reviewed and accepted. Diplomat will proceed to issue a formal Purchase Order and mobilise the project team within five (5) business days of signed acceptance.
