1. Introduction and Scope of Work

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Diplomat, a premier diplomatic protocol, security, and liaison services firm headquartered in Nigeria Abuja, in response to the request for a comprehensive annual engagement covering diplomatic protocol management, executive security detail, and international liaison coordination. Diplomat has operated in the Nigeria Abuja diplomatic corridor for over twelve years, serving embassies, high commissions, multilateral organisations, and federal government ministries with the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Note: All figures in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to a 5% adjustment should the Central Bank of Nigeria exchange rate fluctuate by more than 10% during the contract period. Diplomat reserves the right to revise rates for services requiring third-party government clearances within the Nigeria Abuja jurisdiction. 3. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Diplomat reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
  2. Payment terms: 40% advance mobilisation fee upon execution of the service agreement; 60% payable in equal monthly instalments over the remaining eleven months.
  3. All Diplomat personnel deployed in Nigeria Abuja shall be vetted through the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Immigration Service prior to commencement of duties.
  4. Diplomat shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all staff operating within the Nigeria Abuja operational theatre.
  5. Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. Diplomat shall not disclose client identities, movement patterns, or operational details to any third party without written consent.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, Diplomat shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative closure fee.
  7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
  8. Diplomat shall comply with all applicable regulations of the National Assembly, the Presidency, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the conduct of private security and protocol services in Nigeria Abuja.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate from Diplomat and agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined herein for the provision of diplomatic protocol and security services in Nigeria Abuja.
