Upon receipt of the 40% advance payment and signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Diplomat vehicle will be dispatched from the Japanese auction within 5 working days. The estimated transit period to Nigeria Lagos (Apapa Port) is 35 to 45 days. Customs clearance and local registration in Lagos State are expected to be completed within 10 to 14 working days of vessel discharge. The total estimated delivery window from order confirmation to handover at the client's premises in Lagos is 60 to 75 calendar days.
- 40% Advance Payment (₦ 12,922,000.00) due upon signing of the Purchase Order to initiate the Diplomat vehicle procurement and shipping arrangements.
- 50% Balance (₦ 16,152,500.00) due upon vessel arrival at Apapa Port, Nigeria Lagos, prior to customs clearance.
- 10% Final Settlement (₦ 3,230,500.00) due upon physical handover and commissioning of the Diplomat vehicle at the client's designated location in Lagos.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to the company's designated corporate account. No cash payments will be accepted.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the Naira-to-Yen exchange rate and changes in Nigerian import duty policies.
- All costs are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable VAT at the prevailing rate in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Diplomat vehicle is warranted free from manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of handover, subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
- Lagos Auto Imports & Diplomat Vehicle Solutions Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by port congestion, customs hold, adverse weather, or force majeure events affecting the Nigeria Lagos shipping corridor.
- The client acknowledges that the Diplomat vehicle will be registered in the name of the client or their designated corporate entity in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued and accepted by both parties in writing.
- Any modifications to the scope, specifications, or delivery location within Nigeria Lagos must be agreed upon in writing and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
