The Doctor General Practitioner referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be a fully licensed medical professional registered with the Nepal Medical Council (NMC), holding a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution in Nepal Kathmandu or an equivalently accredited foreign university, with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in primary and general medical care.

The Doctor General Practitioner engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's facility located in Nepal Kathmandu:

• Conduct daily outpatient consultations, including diagnosis, prescription, and follow-up care for patients presenting with common ailments, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings.
• Provide emergency triage and initial stabilization for acute medical conditions within the general practice scope, with appropriate referral to specialist departments as required.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, wound management, suture removal, and basic diagnostic assessments (blood pressure monitoring, ECG interpretation, urinalysis review).
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient medical records in accordance with the Nepal Health Insurance Board (NHIB) documentation standards and the Ministry of Health and Population guidelines applicable in Nepal Kathmandu.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, quality assurance audits, and continuing medical education (CME) programs organized by the hospital.
• Provide on-call coverage on a rotational basis as per the hospital's duty roster, including public holidays and weekends as stipulated in the employment contract.
• Assist in community health outreach programs and health awareness campaigns conducted in the Kathmandu Valley region under the supervision of the hospital's medical director.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments to HealthBridge Medical Services Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal:

• Advance Payment (30%): NPR 895,977 – due within seven (7) working days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Mid-Term Payment (40%): NPR 1,194,636 – due upon completion of the sixth (6th) month of the Doctor General Practitioner's service period.
• Final Payment (30%): NPR 895,977 – due upon successful completion of the twelfth (12th) month and submission of the final service report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by HealthBridge Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the prevailing commercial lending rate in Nepal Kathmandu.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
• The Doctor General Practitioner shall be bound by a strict code of professional ethics as defined by the Nepal Medical Council and the hospital's internal policies. Any breach of professional conduct may result in immediate termination of the engagement without further compensation.
• HealthBridge Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Doctor General Practitioner in the event of prolonged medical leave (exceeding 30 consecutive days), subject to prior written notification to the client. The substitute shall possess equivalent qualifications and experience.
• All intellectual property, patient data, and clinical records generated during the engagement period shall remain the exclusive property of the client hospital. The Doctor General Practitioner shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing duties.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, laboratory consumables, or facility maintenance, which shall be borne separately by the client.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent civil court in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Contract Act, 2056 (1999) of Nepal.
• The engagement period is for one (1) year, renewable upon mutual written agreement. A minimum thirty (30) day notice period applies for early termination by either party.
