This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial projection for the engagement of a qualified Economist to deliver specialized advisory and analytical services within the China Guangzhou metropolitan area. The Economist, as defined for the purposes of this Quotation Estimate, refers to a credentialed professional with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in macroeconomic analysis, trade policy evaluation, and regional economic development planning, specifically qualified to operate under the regulatory frameworks governing economic consultancy in China Guangzhou.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all professional fees, travel and accommodation costs, research expenditures, and ancillary charges associated with the Economist's deployment to China Guangzhou for a continuous engagement period of twelve (12) months. All figures presented herein are estimates based on current market rates in China Guangzhou and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 7 of this document.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the China Guangzhou jurisdiction:
2.1 Conduct quarterly macroeconomic assessments of the Guangzhou metropolitan economy, including GDP trajectory analysis, inflation monitoring, and labor market evaluation specific to the China Guangzhou industrial corridor.
2.2 Prepare detailed policy briefs and strategic recommendations for the Guangzhou Municipal Government regarding trade facilitation, foreign direct investment attraction, and supply chain resilience within the broader China Guangzhou economic zone.
2.3 Serve as the principal Economist advisor during bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations hosted in China Guangzhou, providing real-time economic modeling and scenario analysis.
2.4 Develop and maintain a comprehensive economic intelligence database focused on the Pearl River Delta region, with particular emphasis on the China Guangzhou sub-market and its interconnections with national and global economic systems.
2.5 Deliver a minimum of four (4) public seminars and two (2) closed-door executive briefings per quarter to stakeholders in China Guangzhou, covering emerging economic trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: an initial deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated amount, equivalent to CNY 1,079,110, is due upon execution of the formal service agreement. The remaining balance shall be disbursed in quarterly installments of twenty-five percent (25%) each, payable within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Pacific Rim Economic Advisory Group, with reference to the Quotation Estimate document number QTE-2025-GZ-0047.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and estimates contained herein are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in China Guangzhou and applicable regulatory changes. The Economist's engagement is contingent upon the successful acquisition of a valid work permit and residency authorization from the relevant authorities in China Guangzhou. Any delays in visa processing exceeding thirty (30) days shall result in a proportional adjustment to the engagement timeline without additional cost to the client.
All intellectual property, reports, models, and analytical outputs produced by the Economist during the term of this engagement shall be the sole property of the Guangzhou Municipal Economic Development Bureau. The Economist shall be bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding all proprietary economic data, trade negotiations, and strategic plans encountered during the course of service in China Guangzhou.
Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate
- All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in China Guangzhou.
- The Economist shall comply with all national and local regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Foreign Investment Law and data security provisions applicable in China Guangzhou.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Guangzhou, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and equitable adjustment of the Quotation Estimate terms.
- The Economist reserves the right to decline any assignment that conflicts with professional ethical standards or applicable Chinese law.

This signature constitutes formal acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes the commencement of the onboarding and compliance procedures required for the Economist's deployment to China Guangzhou.
