This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andean Economic Consulting Group S.A.S. to provide the client with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a senior Economist to deliver specialized macroeconomic and financial advisory services. All services under this Quotation Estimate will be performed in and around Colombia Bogotá, specifically at the client's designated office in the Zona Rosa district or at our firm's headquarters on Calle 93. The Economist assigned to this engagement will hold a Doctorate in Economics from a recognized Colombian or international university and will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic policy analysis, fiscal modeling, and financial market forecasting relevant to the Colombian economy.

The Economist will be responsible for conducting in-depth economic analyses, preparing quarterly macroeconomic outlook reports for the Colombia Bogotá region, advising on regulatory compliance with the Banco de la República and the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, and presenting findings directly to the client's board of directors. All deliverables will be produced in Spanish and English to accommodate the multinational nature of the client's operations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
• The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest declaration in compliance with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and data protection regulations (Ley 1581 de 2012).
• All services will be rendered in Colombia Bogotá unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the Bogotá D.C. metropolitan area will be billed separately at cost plus a 15% administrative surcharge.
• Payment terms: 50% of the monthly retainer is due on the 1st business day of each month, and 50% is due on the 15th business day. Deliverable-based fees (Items 02 through 05) are payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of formal acceptance by the client.
• Invoices will be issued in Colombian Pesos (COP) and will include the applicable 19% IVA as mandated by the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) of Colombia.
• The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the assigned Economist with a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Intellectual property of all reports, models, and analyses produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs and scope.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Economist services in Colombia Bogotá and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until the Service Agreement is duly executed.
