This Quotation Estimate is issued by Consultora Económica del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V., a registered economic advisory firm headquartered in Mexico, Mexico City, in response to the formal request for professional services submitted by Grupo Industrial del Norte, S.A. de C.V. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized, and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Economist to deliver macroeconomic analysis, fiscal policy assessment, and strategic financial forecasting tailored to the operational and investment needs of the client within the Mexico, Mexico City metropolitan economic corridor and the broader national context.
This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for senior-level Economist services in Mexico, Mexico City as of the date of issuance and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 below. All monetary values are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise indicated.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services, all conducted in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Banco de México (Banxico), the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP), and applicable federal and local statutes governing economic advisory practices in Mexico, Mexico City:
- Macroeconomic Analysis & Forecasting: Quarterly and annual projections of GDP growth, inflation (INPC), exchange rate (USD/MXN), and interest rate trajectories specific to the Mexico, Mexico City economic zone and the national economy.
- Fiscal & Monetary Policy Assessment: In-depth evaluation of the impact of current and proposed fiscal measures, tax reforms, and monetary policy decisions by Banxico on the client's industrial operations and capital expenditure plans.
- Trade & Investment Advisory: Analysis of bilateral trade agreements (USMCA, EU-Mexico FTA), tariff structures, and foreign direct investment (FDI) trends relevant to the client's supply chain in Mexico, Mexico City and export markets.
- Risk Modeling & Scenario Planning: Development of stress-test models incorporating geopolitical, currency, and commodity price risk factors affecting operations in Mexico, Mexico City.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: Assessment of the client's compliance with economic reporting obligations, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and sector-specific economic mandates applicable in Mexico, Mexico City.
- Board-Level Presentations & Advisory Sessions: A minimum of six (6) in-person advisory sessions per quarter at the client's offices in Mexico, Mexico City, including preparation of executive briefing documents.

Payment for services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. Invoices shall be issued by the Economist's firm from its registered office in Mexico, Mexico City and shall include the corresponding CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) as mandated by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT). The client shall remit payment via wire transfer to the bank account designated in the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Ley General de Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. The pricing herein assumes that the scope of services, as described in Section 2, remains unchanged. Any material modification to the scope, an extension of the engagement period beyond twelve (12) months, or a change in the regulatory environment in Mexico, Mexico City that materially affects the cost of delivering Economist services shall require a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing by both parties.
6.1 Confidentiality: All data, models, reports, and proprietary information exchanged between the Economist and the client in the course of services rendered in Mexico, Mexico City shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
6.2 Intellectual Property: All analytical models, forecasts, and reports produced by the Economist under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of Consultora Económica del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V., with the client granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal strategic planning purposes only.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: The Economist and the firm shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of economic forecasts or advisory opinions. Economic projections are inherently probabilistic and do not constitute guarantees of future market performance in Mexico, Mexico City or elsewhere.
6.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
6.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Mexican States, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Mexico, Mexico City.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Mexico, Mexico City. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the period specified herein.
