This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Economic Consulting Group to formally present the cost structure, deliverables, and professional terms for the engagement of a senior Economist to provide comprehensive economic advisory, macroeconomic analysis, and strategic forecasting services tailored to the business and regulatory environment of Morocco Casablanca. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above unless otherwise amended in writing by both parties.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily out of our Casablanca office, with the flexibility to conduct on-site assessments, stakeholder meetings, and field research across the greater Casablanca-Settat region of Morocco. All deliverables will be aligned with the economic priorities, trade regulations, and fiscal frameworks governing operations in Morocco Casablanca.

3.1 Acceptance. This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by both parties. The engagement of the Economist shall commence no earlier than five (5) business days following full receipt of the initial payment.
3.2 Payment Schedule. Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon delivery of the mid-term report (month six), and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payments are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date, payable in MAD to our Casablanca bank account or in USD via international wire transfer.
3.3 Scope Changes. Any modification to the scope of services rendered by the Economist beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours or deliverables will be billed at the rates specified in Section 2.
3.4 Confidentiality. The Economist and all supporting staff shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, financial models, and strategic information pertaining to the client's operations in Morocco Casablanca. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
3.5 Intellectual Property. All reports, analyses, forecasts, and deliverables produced by the Economist under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Atlas Economic Consulting Group retains the right to use anonymized, aggregate findings for internal research purposes.
3.6 Termination. Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
3.7 Governing Law. This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca under the rules of the Moroccan Arbitration Center.
3.8 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Morocco Casablanca.
Upon completion of the engagement period, the client shall receive the following from the Economist: (a) a comprehensive macroeconomic analysis report covering GDP, inflation, exchange rate, and labor market trends in Morocco Casablanca; (b) a fiscal and regulatory policy briefing; (c) a trade impact assessment with scenario modeling; (d) four quarterly economic outlook publications; and (e) a final strategic recommendation memo. All deliverables will be provided in both Arabic and English, formatted for board-level presentation.
