The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomics, public finance, and international trade policy, with demonstrated expertise in the Peruvian economic context, including familiarity with the regulatory frameworks administered by the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP), the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT), and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) headquartered in Peru Lima.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to potential fluctuations in the Peruvian Sol exchange rate and market conditions in Peru Lima.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be structured in quarterly installments, with the first installment due within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution. All payments shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the designated account of Andean Economic Consulting Group S.A.C., registered in Peru Lima under RUC 20601234567.
3.3 Scope Limitations: The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide advisory and analytical services only. The Economist shall not be authorized to make binding policy decisions, sign regulatory documents, or represent the client before any governmental body in Peru Lima without prior written authorization.
3.4 Confidentiality: All data, projections, and reports generated under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Economist and all supporting personnel shall execute a non-disclosure agreement specific to the Peru Lima jurisdiction before commencing any work.
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee for the Peru Lima office wind-down.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Lima, Peru.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Peru Lima, government-mandated closures, or significant economic disruptions in the Peruvian market.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist in Peru Lima. This document constitutes a formal commercial proposal and does not create a binding contractual obligation until a separate service agreement is executed by both parties.
