This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Madina Economic Consulting Group, a registered professional services firm headquartered in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Economist to deliver specialized economic advisory, research, and analytical services. The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to enable the prospective client to evaluate the full scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms before entering into a formal engagement agreement. All figures presented herein are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services to the client, all to be conducted primarily within the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:
- Economic Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth macroeconomic and microeconomic research relevant to the client's industry sector, including analysis of GDP trends, inflation indices, labor market dynamics, and trade flows specific to the Jeddah metropolitan area and the broader Makkah Province in Saudi Arabia.
- Policy Advisory and Strategic Planning: Providing expert counsel on the implications of Saudi Vision 2030 economic reforms, the National Transformation Program, and sector-specific regulatory changes as they pertain to the client's operations in Jeddah.
- Market Forecasting and Risk Assessment: Developing quantitative and qualitative economic forecasts, scenario modeling, and risk assessments tailored to the client's strategic planning horizon of 3 to 10 years.
- Stakeholder Presentations and Reporting: Preparing executive-level reports, board presentations, and technical white papers in both Arabic and English, suitable for distribution to government bodies, investors, and internal stakeholders within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- On-Site Consultation and Workshops: Conducting a minimum of four (4) on-site consultation sessions per month at the client's premises in Jeddah, including facilitated workshops with the client's finance, strategy, and operations teams.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: Reviewing the client's economic and financial documentation for compliance with the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and the Ministry of Commerce.

4.1 Payment Terms: The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in quarterly installments of 25% each, due within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Al-Madina Economic Consulting Group, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
4.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of services outlined in Section 2 of this document must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or at mutually agreed-upon rates.
4.4 Confidentiality: The Economist and all supporting personnel engaged under this contract shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations regarding all data, research findings, and proprietary information of the client, in compliance with Saudi Arabian data protection regulations.
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
4.6 Governing Law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
4.7 Intellectual Property: All reports, forecasts, models, and deliverables produced by the Economist under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of the corresponding fees.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
