This Quotation Estimate is issued by Helvetia Economic Advisory Group AG to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Economist to deliver specialised macroeconomic research, policy analysis, and strategic advisory services to Zurich Financial Services Group AG. All services described herein will be performed in and around Switzerland Zurich, with the primary office location situated in the financial district of Bahnhofstrasse. This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until both parties have executed the accompanying Service Agreement.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Economics from a recognised Swiss or European university, with no fewer than fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic modelling, monetary policy analysis, and financial market forecasting. The Economist will be based in Switzerland Zurich for the duration of the engagement and will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer of the client organisation.
The following services are encompassed within this Quotation Estimate for the Economist engagement in Switzerland Zurich:
- Monthly macroeconomic outlook reports covering the Swiss National Bank monetary policy, Swiss franc exchange rate dynamics, and broader European economic indicators.
- Quarterly strategic economic briefings delivered in person at the client's offices in Switzerland Zurich, including presentations to the executive board.
- Ad-hoc economic impact assessments for major regulatory changes, trade policy shifts, or geopolitical events affecting the Swiss and European markets.
- Development and maintenance of proprietary econometric models for GDP forecasting, inflation projection, and interest rate trajectory analysis specific to the Switzerland Zurich economic corridor.
- Representation of the client at up to four (4) major economic conferences and policy forums held in Switzerland Zurich or the broader Swiss Confederation per annum.
- Access to the Economist's professional network of central bank officials, academic researchers, and policy advisors within the Switzerland Zurich financial ecosystem.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments of CHF 48,824.00 (inclusive of VAT), due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 5% per annum, in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Article 104. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Helvetia Economic Advisory Group AG, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7, located in Switzerland Zurich.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, a new Quotation Estimate must be requested to confirm the availability and rates of the Economist.
- The Economist engaged under this arrangement shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data, models, and strategic information accessed during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) calendar days. In the event of early termination, all fees for services already rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.
- The Economist shall comply with all applicable Swiss federal and cantonal regulations, including the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and relevant financial sector guidelines issued by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement period shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing models of the Economist remain the property of Helvetia Economic Advisory Group AG.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Switzerland Zurich.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall first be subject to mediation in Switzerland Zurich before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Switzerland Zurich. This signature does not constitute a binding contract but serves as an expression of intent to proceed to the execution of a formal Service Agreement within fifteen (15) business days of mutual acceptance.
