The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, or a related field from an accredited institution, possess no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in economic consulting, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing economic activity in Uzbekistan Tashkent, including the provisions of the Uzbekistan Civil Code, the Law on Foreign Investment, and the regulations issued by the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent and changes in the Uzbekistan national currency exchange rate.
3.2 Payment Terms: The Client shall remit a non-refundable advance payment of thirty percent (30%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be payable in equal monthly installments aligned with the service delivery schedule. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
3.3 Scope Limitations: The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide advisory and analytical services only. The Economist shall not act as a licensed legal counsel, certified public accountant, or authorized tax representative in Uzbekistan Tashkent unless separately contracted and duly licensed by the relevant Uzbekistan authorities.
3.4 Confidentiality: All data, reports, and proprietary information exchanged between the Client and the Economist in the course of services rendered in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall be treated as strictly confidential. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the remaining contract value as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the International Arbitration Center at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, changes in Uzbekistan national legislation, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist for services to be performed in and around Uzbekistan Tashkent. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes the commencement of services as described.
