This Quotation Estimate is issued by Melbourne Editorial Solutions Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") to Harbourline Media Group Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") in relation to the engagement of a professional Editor for content production services to be delivered in Australia Melbourne. This document outlines the estimated costs, deliverables, timelines, and terms governing the provision of Editor services as requested by the Client.

The scope of work encompasses the full engagement of a senior-level Editor based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, who will be responsible for the editorial oversight, content refinement, structural editing, copyediting, and final proofreading of all multimedia and written content produced by the Client during the Q3 2025 production cycle. The Editor will operate primarily from the Provider's Melbourne office located on Collins Street, with the option of remote collaboration as required by the Client's project schedule.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Payment shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the Provider's nominated bank account in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The payment schedule is as follows:

30% Deposit: $17,424.00 (incl. GST) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% Progress Payment: $23,232.00 (incl. GST) due at the midpoint of the engagement (approximately Week 6 of the 12-week project cycle).
30% Final Payment: $17,424.00 (incl. GST) due upon final delivery and written acceptance of all Editor deliverables.

Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian invoicing standards and will reference the Provider's ABN (48 215 673 901). Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Provider's standard terms.

The Editor engagement is estimated to span a period of twelve (12) weeks, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 29 September 2025, aligning with the Client's Q3 2025 content production cycle in Melbourne. Key milestones include:

Week 1–2: Onboarding, style guide development, and initial structural editing of priority content.
Week 3–6: Ongoing copyediting, video script editing, and mid-project quality review.
Week 7–10: Final round of developmental editing, proofreading, and brand voice alignment.
Week 11–12: Final QA, delivery of all completed Editor outputs, and project close-out documentation.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Melbourne editorial services sector.
All Editor services will be performed in accordance with Australian copyright law, the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and applicable Victorian state regulations.
The Provider warrants that the Editor engaged will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional editorial experience and will be a resident of Australia, Melbourne, for the duration of the engagement.
Confidentiality and intellectual property rights are governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently with this Quotation Estimate.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined herein will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a service agreement is executed.
Governance law: The laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia shall govern this Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement.

To accept this Quotation Estimate, please sign and return a copy of this document to Melbourne Editorial Solutions Pty Ltd within the validity period. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be prepared and issued for execution.
