1. Scope of Work — Editor Services in China GuangzhouThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Creative Solutions Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Editor to deliver content production, post-production, and editorial services specifically tailored for operations within China Guangzhou. The Editor will be responsible for managing all editorial workflows, including but not limited to video editing, copywriting, layout design, and multimedia content refinement, in full compliance with local broadcasting and publishing regulations applicable in Guangzhou and the broader Guangdong region.
The Editor will be based at our Guangzhou studio facility and will operate under the direct supervision of the client's project manager. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the technical specifications and brand guidelines provided by the client. The Quotation Estimate covers a full engagement period of twelve (12) months, with the option to extend upon mutual written agreement.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing for the Editor services in China Guangzhou is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates, exchange fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract execution. The remaining 70% shall be paid in equal monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month. All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account in Guangzhou.
3.3 Tax and Duties: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate of 6% for creative services in China. Any additional government levies or local Guangzhou municipal fees shall be borne by the client.
3.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited content, source files, and project assets produced by the Editor shall become the exclusive property of the client. Meridian Creative Solutions Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the Editor engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
3.6 Confidentiality: The Editor and all supporting staff shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations regarding all client materials, project data, and proprietary content handled during the engagement in Guangzhou.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Editor services in China Guangzhou and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
