This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Creative Media Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request received from Horizon Broadcasting Network for the engagement of a professional Editor to deliver comprehensive post-production and content editing services. All services described herein will be executed within the Greater Accra Region, Ghana, with primary operations based in our Osu studio facility and secondary editing sessions conducted at the client's premises in East Legon, Accra. This document constitutes a binding financial estimate and outlines the full scope, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs for the Editor engagement.
The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following editorial tasks, all performed in Accra, Ghana:
- Raw footage ingestion, logging, and organization for a minimum of 120 hours of broadcast video content per quarter.
- Primary and secondary editing of news segments, documentary features, and promotional content using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects).
- Color grading and correction to meet Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) and NTA broadcast standards.
- Audio mixing, noise reduction, and synchronization of multitrack audio recorded in Accra field locations.
- Integration of motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated transitions tailored to the client's brand identity.
- Subtitling and captioning in English and Twi to ensure accessibility for the Ghanaian audience.
- Final quality control (QC) review, export in H.264, ProRes, and DNxHR formats, and delivery to the client's content management system.
- Two (2) rounds of revision per deliverable, with additional revisions billed at the hourly rate specified below.

Payment for the Editor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account of Accra Creative Media Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Osu Branch, Accra:
- 40% (GHS 79,350.00) – Due upon signing of the service agreement and commencement of work.
- 35% (GHS 69,431.25) – Due upon delivery of the midpoint editorial review (Week 6 of the quarter).
- 25% (GHS 49,593.75) – Due upon final delivery and client sign-off of all edited content.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Ghanaian market, exchange rates, or operational costs in Accra.
- All Editor personnel assigned to this project will be Ghanaian nationals or legally resident professionals based in Accra, in compliance with the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651).
- The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all raw footage, scripts, and proprietary content belonging to Horizon Broadcasting Network. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Any additional hours, expedited turnaround requests, or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval before execution.
- All deliverables will be stored on encrypted servers located in Accra, Ghana, for a minimum of ninety (90) days post-delivery, after which data will be securely purged in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial payment is received.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Editor services to be rendered in Ghana Accra and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth herein.
