This Quotation Estimate is issued by Editoria Napoletana S.r.l., a professional editorial house headquartered in Italy Naples, to provide comprehensive Editor services for the production of the documentary series "Voci del Golfo" – Season 2. The Editor engagement encompasses the full post-production editorial workflow, including but not limited to: rough cutting, fine cutting, picture locking, colour grading coordination, sound design integration, subtitle and caption placement in Italian and English, and final delivery in formats compliant with RAI, Mediaset, and international streaming platform specifications. All Editor work will be performed at our dedicated editorial facility in Italy Naples, equipped with Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Pro Tools HD workstations.

All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR). VAT is applied at the current Italian standard rate of 22% as per D.Lgs. 100/2011. This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party music licensing, stock footage fees, or travel expenses for on-location Editor supervision outside the Naples metropolitan area.

The Editor engagement is scheduled to commence on 1 September 2025 and conclude by 28 November 2025, subject to the timely delivery of all raw footage and production assets by the Client. The full editorial pipeline in Italy Naples will follow a structured three-phase approach: Phase 1 (Rough Cuts) – Weeks 1 to 5; Phase 2 (Fine Cuts, Colour, Sound) – Weeks 6 to 10; Phase 3 (Final Delivery & QC) – Weeks 11 to 12. Any delays attributable to late material delivery by the Client will extend the timeline proportionally, and this Quotation Estimate shall be amended accordingly by mutual written agreement.

30% advance payment (€ 34,437.37 incl. VAT) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.
40% milestone payment (€ 45,916.50 incl. VAT) due upon completion of Phase 2 (Fine Cuts, Colour, and Sound Design) and written approval by the Client.
30% final payment (€ 34,437.37 incl. VAT) due upon delivery of all final masters and receipt of the QC certificate.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Italian Civil Code, Art. 1284.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates and availability of the Editor team may be revised.
Editoria Napoletana S.r.l. retains full intellectual property rights over its editorial methodology, templates, and proprietary workflows. All final deliverables become the exclusive property of the Client upon full and final payment.
The Client grants the Editor team a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use one (1) final episode in its professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written consent for any public screening.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Naples region, strikes, or government-mandated closures, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all project materials, scripts, and unreleased content handled during the Editor engagement in Italy Naples.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Editor services in Italy Naples and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding commercial offer and, upon execution of the definitive service agreement, forms part of the contractual documentation.
