This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Editorial Solutions MX to provide Grupo Creativo del Valle, S.A. de C.V. with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Editor for editorial and post-production services. This Quotation Estimate covers all deliverables, labor costs, software licensing, and logistical expenses required to execute the project within the metropolitan area of Mexico Mexico City. The Editor assigned to this engagement will operate primarily from our studio facilities located in the Cuauhtémoc district of Mexico Mexico City, with the option of on-site collaboration at the client's premises in Lomas Altas, Mexico Mexico City, as specified in the project scope below.
The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following editorial tasks, all to be performed in compliance with Mexican regulatory standards and industry best practices applicable to the Mexico Mexico City media market:
- Full editorial post-production of a 45-minute corporate documentary, including rough cut, fine cut, and final delivery in 4K resolution.
- Color grading and color correction using DaVinci Resolve Studio, performed by the dedicated Editor in our Mexico Mexico City facility.
- Audio mixing, sound design, and noise reduction for all editorial sequences.
- Integration of motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated transitions as directed by the client's creative team.
- Subtitling and localization in Spanish (Mexican variant) and English, with the Editor coordinating with our in-house translation department in Mexico Mexico City.
- Three (3) rounds of client review and revision, with the Editor incorporating feedback within 48 hours of each review cycle.
- Final delivery in MP4 (H.265), ProRes 422 HQ, and broadcast-ready formats compliant with INDAAT and Mexican telecommunications authority specifications.

The Editor will commence work on July 1, 2025, and the final deliverables are expected to be completed by August 22, 2025. All editorial milestones will be coordinated from our Mexico Mexico City office, and the Editor will provide weekly progress reports to the client's project lead. The total production window of eight (8) weeks accounts for the three revision cycles and final quality assurance review conducted in Mexico Mexico City.
5.1 – A non-refundable deposit of 40% (MXN 219,508.80) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signed acceptance of this document. The remaining 60% (MXN 329,263.20) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days of final delivery and written acceptance by the client.
5.2 – All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account of Editorial Solutions MX, Banco BBVA México, CLABE: 012180004567890123, located in Mexico Mexico City.
5.3 – Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México (Banxico) for overdue commercial obligations in Mexico Mexico City.
6.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing, availability of the Editor, and terms herein shall be subject to re-evaluation.
6.2 – The Editor assigned to this project is a full-time professional of Editorial Solutions MX and shall not be subcontracted without prior written consent from the client.
6.3 – All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Editor and Editorial Solutions MX retain the right to display the work in their professional portfolio, subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement if requested.
6.4 – Any scope changes or additional editorial requests beyond the three included revision cycles will be billed separately at the Editor's standard hourly rate of MXN 3,200.00 per hour, as detailed in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
6.5 – This agreement is governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico Mexico City, Federal District.
6.6 – Editorial Solutions MX shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN 5,000,000.00, valid throughout the project duration in Mexico Mexico City.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the Editor services to be rendered in Mexico Mexico City. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature.
