This Quotation Estimate is issued by Himalayan Editorial & Publishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered professional services firm operating out of Nepal Kathmandu, to provide comprehensive Editor services for the client's designated manuscript, publication, or content project. The Editor engagement described herein encompasses the full editorial lifecycle, from initial structural review through to final proofreading and formatting, all conducted in accordance with the editorial standards recognized by the Nepal Publishers Association and international publishing guidelines.

The assigned Editor will work from our office located in the Thamel commercial district of Nepal Kathmandu, with the option of on-site collaboration at the client's premises within the Kathmandu Valley upon mutual agreement. All editorial work will be performed in English, Nepali, or a bilingual format as specified by the client at the time of contract execution.

* All rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). For international clients, equivalent amounts in USD or EUR will be calculated at the Nepal Rastra Bank reference rate on the date of invoice issuance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
• The Editor services outlined above are contingent upon the client providing all source materials, access credentials, and project briefs within five (5) business days of contract acceptance.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing, 40% upon delivery of the first complete editorial draft, and 20% upon final acceptance of the completed manuscript. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Nepal.
• All work performed by the Editor is subject to a confidentiality agreement. No portion of the client's manuscript or content shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Any additional editorial work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extra revision cycles, additional word counts, or specialized subject-matter editing) will be billed separately at the per-unit rates specified above.
• The Editor is entitled to receive proper byline credit or acknowledgment in the final publication, unless the client requests anonymity in writing.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Nepal Kathmandu in accordance with the Contract Act, 2056 (1999) of Nepal.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
