This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the provision of professional Editor services to be delivered and executed within Pakistan Islamabad. The Editor engagement encompasses a full spectrum of editing disciplines tailored to the client's operational requirements. All services will be performed by certified and experienced Editor professionals based in Islamabad, ensuring local knowledge, cultural sensitivity, and compliance with Pakistani media and content regulations.

The Editor team will handle video editing, audio post-production, document editing, content proofreading, and multimedia integration. Each Editor assigned to this project will possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in their respective editing discipline and will operate from our dedicated studio facility located in the heart of Pakistan Islamabad, ensuring accessibility and ease of coordination for the client.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard Editor tools and equipment. Any additional Editor services beyond the scope outlined above will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately. The Editor team operates exclusively from our Islamabad facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon mid-project milestone delivery, and 25% upon final Editor deliverable acceptance. All payments to be made via bank transfer to our Islamabad account.
Delivery Timeline: The Editor engagement shall commence within five (5) business days of receiving the advance payment. Full project completion is estimated within twelve (12) weeks from the commencement date, subject to client feedback cycles.
Revisions: Each Editor deliverable includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at the applicable hourly Editor rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the edited content, final renders, and deliverables shall transfer to the client. The Editor and Capital Media Editing Studio retain the right to display work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Confidentiality: All Editor personnel assigned to this project in Pakistan Islamabad shall sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing any client materials. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client after project commencement will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation before commencement will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting Editor services agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Islamabad.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance of Editor services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or infrastructure failures affecting Pakistan Islamabad.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Editor services described herein, to be performed in Pakistan Islamabad. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the scope, rates, and terms outlined in this document.
