This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Wellington Education Solutions Ltd to provide the Wellington Regional Education Board with a comprehensive and itemised financial projection for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management support of a full-time Education Administrator position. The Education Administrator role described herein is designed to support the day-to-day operational functions of the Wellington Regional Education Board, including but not limited to curriculum coordination, student records management, compliance reporting to the Ministry of Education, and administrative liaison with schools, parents, and government agencies across the New Zealand Wellington region.
The Education Administrator will be responsible for the following core duties within the New Zealand Wellington education sector:
- Management of student enrolment databases and attendance records for up to 12 partner schools in the Wellington region.
- Preparation and submission of statutory reports to the Ministry of Education, including the Annual National Report and Student Achievement Data submissions.
- Coordination of professional development programmes for teaching staff across the New Zealand Wellington school network.
- Maintenance of compliance with the Education and Training Act 2020, the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and the Privacy Act 2020.
- Administrative support for the Board of Trustees, including meeting minutes, agenda preparation, and correspondence management.
- Budget monitoring and financial reporting for the Education Administrator's operational portfolio, including procurement of educational resources and materials.

All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%. Payment for the Education Administrator salary and associated recurring costs will be processed on a monthly basis via direct debit, with invoices issued on the first business day of each month. The one-off costs referenced in items 3.4 and 3.5 are payable within 14 days of the date of this Quotation Estimate upon written acceptance by the client.
Wellington Education Solutions Ltd reserves the right to adjust the figures in this Quotation Estimate should there be a change in the Fair Pay Agreement salary scales, statutory superannuation rates, or GST legislation during the contract term. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing no fewer than 30 days prior to the effective date.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to review and may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the New Zealand Wellington employment sector.
- The Education Administrator will be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract of 12 months, with the option to convert to a permanent position upon satisfactory completion of a 90-day probationary period, in accordance with New Zealand employment law.
- Wellington Education Solutions Ltd shall comply with all obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Privacy Act 2020, and the Human Rights Act 1993 in the administration of this role.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable and safe working environment at the Wellington Regional Education Board premises, or to approve a hybrid working arrangement as mutually agreed in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Education Administrator shall be resolved in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000 and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the District Court in Wellington, New Zealand.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance may be indicated by signing and returning the copy of this document or by written email confirmation to the address stated above.
- All personal information collected in the course of this engagement will be handled in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the New Zealand Privacy and Data Protection Act 2020.
