The Electrical Engineer and associated technical personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties across designated project sites in China Beijing:

• Full electrical system design (power distribution, lighting, grounding, and fire alarm systems) for a 120,000 m² commercial complex in the Chaoyang District, China Beijing.
• Compliance review and certification of all electrical installations in strict accordance with GB 50054, GB 50052, and the China National Electrical Code (CNEC) standards applicable in China Beijing.
• Coordination with local China Beijing municipal authorities, including the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, for permit acquisition and inspection scheduling.
• On-site supervision of electrical contractor works, quality assurance testing, and final commissioning of all low-voltage and medium-voltage systems.
• Preparation of as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover packages in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (CNY 473,184) upon execution of the service contract and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate by both parties.
• 40% Progress Payment (CNY 630,912) upon completion of the design phase and submission of all electrical drawings for client review in China Beijing.
• 25% Commissioning Payment (CNY 394,320) upon successful completion of all on-site commissioning tests and receipt of the China Beijing municipal electrical safety certificate.
• 5% Retention (CNY 78,864) released 90 days after final handover, subject to a defect-free performance period.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating material costs, labor rates, or regulatory changes within China Beijing.
2. The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid PRC Registered Electrical Engineer license (Registered Electrical Engineer, Grade 1) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
3. All design deliverables shall comply with the latest editions of national standards (GB) and local China Beijing municipal regulations governing electrical installations in commercial and public buildings.
4. The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in China Beijing.
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal variation order, signed by both parties, with an adjusted cost estimate issued within five (5) business days.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
7. Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties for a period of five (5) years following project completion.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the engagement of the Electrical Engineer and supporting team for the specified project in China Beijing. This document, once countersigned, shall form the basis of the formal Service Agreement to be executed within ten (10) business days.
