This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guangzhou Precision Engineering & Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Consultant") to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer professional services for the Guangzhou Metro Line 15 Extension project located in China Guangzhou. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of electrical engineering deliverables, including but not limited to: conceptual design, detailed engineering design, load calculations, single-line diagram preparation, cable sizing and routing, switchgear and transformer specifications, power distribution system design, lighting and emergency power systems, earthing and lightning protection design, Building Management System (BMS) integration, and on-site commissioning supervision.

The Electrical Engineer team assigned to this project shall operate in strict compliance with the Chinese National Standard GB 50052 (Design Code for Power Supply and Distribution Installations), GB 50054 (Design Code for Low-Voltage Electrical Installations), GB 50057 (Design Code for Protection of Structures Against Lightning), and all applicable local regulations of the Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. All deliverables shall be submitted in both Simplified Chinese and English to facilitate coordination with international stakeholders.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in five (5) installments as follows:

• Milestone 1 (20%): CNY 488,024 — Upon execution of the Service Agreement and receipt of the initial project brief from the Client.
• Milestone 2 (25%): CNY 610,030 — Upon approval of the conceptual electrical design package and single-line diagrams.
• Milestone 3 (25%): CNY 610,030 — Upon completion and approval of detailed engineering drawings and equipment specifications.
• Milestone 4 (20%): CNY 488,024 — Upon successful on-site commissioning and handover of as-built documentation.
• Milestone 5 (10%): CNY 244,012 — Upon expiry of the 12-month defect-liability / warranty period with no outstanding electrical defects.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revalidation beyond this period shall be subject to a revised pricing assessment by the Consultant.
2. All Electrical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid PRC-registered professional engineer credentials (Registered Electrical Engineer, Grade A or B) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
3. The Consultant shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the project duration in China Guangzhou.
4. Intellectual property rights for all design documents, calculations, and specifications produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the Client upon full payment. The Consultant retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials with prior written consent.
5. Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal Variation Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission. The governing law shall be the law of the People's Republic of China.
7. The Consultant shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to construction and engineering activities in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all project data, client information, and technical drawings as strictly confidential for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
