This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Electrical Engineering Consultants to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer professional services for the Horizon Residential Tower Project located in the New Cairo district of Egypt Cairo. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of electrical design, coordination, supervision, and commissioning for a 28-story residential and commercial complex comprising 142 residential units, 18 retail spaces, and a 4-level underground parking structure.

Our Electrical Engineer team, led by a licensed senior professional registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate (License No. EE-2003-11847), will deliver all services in strict compliance with the Egyptian Electrical Code (EEC), IEC standards, and the local building regulations enforced by the Cairo Governorate's Municipal Engineering Department.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows to align with project milestones in Egypt Cairo:

20% Advance Payment: Upon signing the service agreement and receipt of the first invoice (EGP 1,432,980).
30% upon Design Completion: After approval of all electrical design packages by the client and the Cairo Municipal Engineering Department (EGP 2,149,470).
40% Progress Payments: Billed monthly during the site supervision phase, tied to verified progress reports (EGP 2,865,960).
10% Retention: Released 30 days after final commissioning and handover of as-built documentation (EGP 716,490).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory updates within Egypt Cairo.
All services shall be performed by qualified and licensed Electrical Engineer professionals holding valid registrations with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and the relevant professional bodies.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, electrical connection approvals from the Cairo Electricity Distribution Company (CEDC), and Civil Defense clearances prior to the commencement of construction activities.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally defined parameters will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
Our Electrical Engineer team shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage throughout the project duration, with a minimum coverage of EGP 10,000,000.
All deliverables, including design drawings, calculations, and reports, shall be submitted in both hard copy (3 sets) and digital format (PDF and editable CAD files) to the client's project office in Egypt Cairo.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment procurement, or third-party testing fees. These items shall be quoted separately upon the client's request. All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to the prevailing VAT rate as determined by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
