SCOPE OF WORK – ELECTRICAL ENGINEER SERVICES IN GERMANY BERLINThis Quotation Estimate is issued by BerlinTech Engineering GmbH to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the services of a licensed Electrical Engineer engaged for the design, planning, and supervisory oversight of the electrical infrastructure upgrade at the Bauwerk Immobilien AG commercial complex located in the Mitte district of Germany Berlin. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with German electrical standards (DIN VDE), the German Building Code (Landesbauordnung Berlin-Brandenburg), and all applicable regulations enforced by the Berliner Bezirksamt for building permits and electrical safety inspections.
The scope encompasses the complete electrical design documentation, load calculations, power distribution planning, lighting design, fire alarm system integration, emergency power supply planning, and coordination with the local Berliner Stromnetz (Berlin Grid) for grid connection approvals. The Electrical Engineer will also conduct on-site inspections, prepare as-built documentation, and provide technical support during the construction phase in Germany Berlin.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the pricing and availability of the Electrical Engineer services may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Germany Berlin.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design documentation phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date, in accordance with German commercial practice (BGB § 286).
3. Currency: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Euro (EUR) and are subject to 19% German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) as indicated.
4. Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the professional services of the Electrical Engineer only. It does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, cabling, switchgear, or any third-party testing fees charged by the Berliner Bezirksamt or Berliner Stromnetz.
5. Regulatory Compliance: The Electrical Engineer guarantees that all design work will comply with the current editions of DIN VDE 0100, DIN VDE 0832, DIN VDE 0108, and the Landesbauordnung Berlin-Brandenburg (LBO Bbg). The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Berliner Bauaufsichtsbehörde.
6. Insurance and Liability: BerlinTech Engineering GmbH maintains professional indemnity insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, as required for Electrical Engineer services in Germany. Liability is limited to the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate.
7. Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and technical information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as confidential by both parties in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and EU GDPR.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer. A formal contract (Werkvertrag) in accordance with §§ 631 ff. BGB shall be executed upon mutual written acceptance.
