This Quotation Estimate is issued by TecnoElettrica S.r.l. to formally present the scope, schedule, and cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Electrical Engineer to deliver comprehensive electrical design and regulatory compliance services for the above-referenced residential development project located in Italy Rome. The present document constitutes a binding commercial proposal and shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue, after which all rates and availability commitments contained herein shall be subject to re-evaluation.

The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project, Ing. Marco De Santis (Registration No. 4521, Order of Engineers of Rome), holds a Laudea Magna in Electrical Engineering from the Sapienza University of Rome and possesses over fourteen years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical systems design within the Lazio region. His expertise is specifically aligned with the Italian national electrical code (CEI 64-8), the regional building regulations of the Lazio Region, and the municipal by-laws of the Comune di Roma.

The Electrical Engineer shall provide the following services for the project situated in Italy Rome:

Conceptual Electrical Design: Preparation of single-line diagrams, load calculations, and preliminary distribution layouts for all 48 residential units, common areas, parking levels, and mechanical rooms.
Detailed Design & Documentation: Production of full as-built electrical drawings, cable schedules, switchgear specifications, and lighting plans compliant with CEI 64-8 and UNI EN standards applicable in Italy.
Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Preparation and submission of the "Dichiarazione di Conformità" and all required documentation to the Ufficio Tecnico of the Comune di Roma, including coordination with the local ASL (Local Health Authority) for safety inspections.
Energy Efficiency Assessment: Conduct of a thermographic and load analysis to ensure the electrical installation meets the minimum performance requirements of the Italian Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (D.Lgs. 192/2005) as amended, and to support the issuance of the APE (Attestato di Prestazione Energetica).

Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of travel expenses beyond the city limits of Rome (Rome, Lazio, Italy). Should the Electrical Engineer be required to attend a secondary site or a supplier's facility outside the metropolitan area of Rome, a per-kilometre travel charge of EUR 0.75/km shall apply, invoiced at cost. All fees are subject to the standard Italian professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) held by the provider.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of TecnoElettrica S.r.l. as detailed on the invoice. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the professional services contract; 40% upon delivery and approval of the detailed design package; 20% upon completion of on-site supervision visits; and the remaining 10% upon issuance of the final "Collaudo" certificate. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of issue in accordance with Italian commercial practice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1284).

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by the Client and converted into a professional services agreement ("Contratto di Prestazione d'Opera Intellettuale") governed by the Italian Civil Code.
The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Italian national, regional (Lazio), and municipal (Comune di Roma) regulations, as well as the professional code of ethics of the Order of Engineers of Rome.
The Client shall provide timely access to the project site in Rome, all architectural drawings, structural information, and third-party data necessary for the execution of the services described herein.
Any variation in scope beyond the services listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the provider and accepted by the Client prior to commencement of the additional work.
Intellectual property in all design documents, drawings, and technical reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment of the total fee. The Electrical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios subject to the Client's prior written consent regarding confidential data.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of final regulatory approval by any public authority in Italy Rome or elsewhere. The provider shall use best professional efforts to secure all necessary permits and certifications.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, fees, and terms set forth herein for the engagement of the Electrical Engineer for the project located in Italy Rome.
