1. Scope of Work — Electrical Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by PowerCore Engineering & Solutions Ltd. in response to the request for professional Electrical Engineer services for the electrical infrastructure upgrade project located in Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria. The scope of work encompasses the following deliverables and professional engagements:
- Site Survey and Assessment: A comprehensive on-site inspection of the existing electrical infrastructure in the Wuse 2 district, including load analysis, cable condition evaluation, transformer capacity review, and identification of non-compliant installations in accordance with Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) standards.

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN). This Quotation Estimate includes all professional fees, travel within Abuja FCT, and standard engineering software licensing. Equipment and material costs are excluded and will be procured separately by the client.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Abuja.
3.2 Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of design and regulatory approval; 30% upon successful commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the official invoice.
3.3 Commencement: Work shall commence within five (5) business days of receipt of the advance payment and formal written approval from the client.
3.4 Professional Standards: All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) guidelines, the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) codes, and the standards of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (NIEE).
3.5 Insurance and Liability: PowerCore Engineering & Solutions Ltd. maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all Electrical Engineer services rendered in Nigeria Abuja. The client shall be responsible for third-party insurance on-site during installation works.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
3.7 Confidentiality: All project data, design documents, and site information shared in connection with this engagement shall be treated as confidential by both parties.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services in Nigeria Abuja and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
