This Quotation Estimate is issued by Karachi Electrical Engineering Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Mr. Ahmed Raza Siddiqui for comprehensive Electrical Engineer services for the design, installation, inspection, and commissioning of the electrical infrastructure at the Siddiqui Industrial Estates facility located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Pakistan Karachi. This document outlines the scope of work, professional fees, material costs, timelines, and all applicable terms governing the engagement of our certified Electrical Engineer team.

2. Scope of Services – Electrical Engineer Engagement

Our qualified Electrical Engineer, holding a BSc in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, along with a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), will oversee the following deliverables for this project in Pakistan Karachi:

Complete electrical load calculation and single-line diagram preparation for a 12,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse.
Design of the main distribution board (MDB), sub-distribution boards (SDBs), and final circuit layouts compliant with the Pakistan National Electrical Code (PNEC) and IEC 60364 standards.
Selection and specification of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protective relays suitable for the 11kV/400V supply arrangement provided by K-Electric, Karachi.
Lighting design including LED high-bay fixtures, emergency lighting, and exit signage in accordance with local Pakistan Karachi municipal by-laws.
Earthing and lightning protection system design for the facility structure.
Power factor correction and energy efficiency optimization plan.
Preparation of as-built drawings, test reports, and commissioning documentation.
Coordination with K-Electric and the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation for grid connection approval.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional civil works (conduit trenching, cable tray structural support) that may be required on-site. All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material prices are subject to market fluctuation; a 5% escalation clause applies if the project is not commenced within the validity period. 4. Project Timeline

The Electrical Engineer team will mobilize within 5 working days of receiving the signed purchase order. The estimated project duration for the complete scope in Pakistan Karachi is 45 working days, broken down as follows: Site survey and design (10 days), Procurement and delivery (15 days), Installation and wiring (15 days), Testing, commissioning, and handover (5 days).

5. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made in three milestones: 40% advance upon signing, 40% upon material delivery to the Pakistan Karachi site, and 20% upon successful commissioning and handover. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Karachi Electrical Engineering Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. IBAN: PK00MEZN0000001234567890.

6. Terms and Conditions

6.1. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

6.2. The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall be a PEC-licensed professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial electrical projects in Pakistan Karachi.

6.3. All work shall comply with the Pakistan National Electrical Code, IEC standards, and the regulations of the Sindh Energy Regulatory Commission.

6.4. A 12-month warranty is provided on all installed electrical equipment and workmanship from the date of commissioning.

6.5. The client shall provide safe access to the site, necessary permits, and coordination with K-Electric for any grid-related approvals in Pakistan Karachi.

6.6. Any variation or change order must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.

6.7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.

7. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Electrical Engineer services described herein. The undersigned agrees to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
