The Electrical Engineer team assigned to this project shall deliver the following professional services in full compliance with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) regulations, the Emirates Building Code (EBC), and all applicable standards of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure:

• Electrical Load Assessment & Feasibility Study: Complete analysis of existing and projected electrical loads for the client's commercial facility located in Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates Dubai. This includes demand forecasting, power factor analysis, and single-line diagram preparation.
• Electrical System Design & Engineering: Detailed design of the low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) distribution systems, including transformer sizing, switchgear selection, cable routing, and earthing/grounding architecture. All designs shall conform to IEC 60364, BS 7671, and DEWA technical specifications.
• Power Distribution & Protection Engineering: Design of main and sub-distribution boards, circuit protection coordination studies, and selective tripping calculations to ensure maximum system reliability and personnel safety.
• Lighting & Power Outlet Design: Comprehensive lighting layout design incorporating energy-efficient LED solutions, emergency lighting, and power outlet distribution in accordance with Dubai Municipality building regulations.
• Earthing, Lightning Protection & Surge Protection: Engineering of the earthing grid, lightning protection system (LPS) per IEC 62305, and surge protective device (SPD) coordination for all critical electrical infrastructure.
• DEWA Connection & Compliance Documentation: Preparation and submission of all necessary technical documentation, as-built drawings, and compliance certificates required for DEWA power connection approval in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• Site Supervision & Commissioning Support: On-site supervision by a qualified Electrical Engineer during installation, testing, and commissioning phases, including preparation of test reports and punch-list resolution.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 40% upon completion and client approval of all design deliverables (Items 01–06).
• 30% upon successful commissioning, submission of as-built documents, and final DEWA approval.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's designated account in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or regulatory changes in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed by licensed and certified professionals registered with the Dubai Municipality and holding valid UAE professional practice certificates.
• The provider shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the project duration.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables shall be subject to a separate variation order and additional Quotation Estimate.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's election, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
• The provider reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all outstanding invoices have been settled in full.
• All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and reports prepared by the Electrical Engineer team shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total Quotation Estimate amount.

The total estimated project duration from the date of commencement to final handover is approximately eight (8) calendar weeks, subject to timely client approvals, DEWA processing times, and availability of site access in United Arab Emirates Dubai. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule shall be provided within five (5) working days of contract execution.
