This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delgado Electrical Engineering LLC in response to the formal request submitted by Bayshore Commercial Development Group, Inc. for comprehensive Electrical Engineer services related to the electrical infrastructure upgrade of their commercial office complex located in the heart of United States Miami. The scope encompasses design review, load calculations, code compliance verification, and construction-phase oversight in accordance with the Florida Building Code, the National Electrical Code (NEC) 2023 edition, and all applicable Miami-Dade County municipal regulations.
As a licensed Electrical Engineer in the State of Florida, the undersigned professional will provide the following deliverables throughout the project lifecycle:
- Complete electrical load analysis and demand calculations for all three floors of the commercial building.
- Review and stamping of existing electrical drawings for code compliance within the United States Miami jurisdiction.
- Design of a new 480V/208V three-phase power distribution system with updated switchgear specifications.
- Lighting power density (LPD) calculations to ensure compliance with ASHRAE 90.1-2019 and Miami-Dade energy conservation ordinances.
- Grounding and bonding system design per NEC Article 250, including lightning protection coordination for the coastal United States Miami environment.
- Emergency and standby power system design (generator sizing, transfer switch coordination, and battery backup integration).
- Two (2) on-site construction observation visits during peak installation phases.
- Final as-built documentation and commissioning report.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three (3) installments: forty percent (40%) due upon execution of the professional services agreement; thirty-five percent (35%) due upon delivery of stamped design documents for permit submission; and twenty-five percent (25%) due upon final commissioning report acceptance. All payments are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Florida Statute Chapter 55.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability are subject to revision.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Florida Building Code, NEC 2023, and Miami-Dade County amendments specific to the United States Miami service area.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in Section 3 shall be documented via a formal Change Order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
- All deliverables, including stamped drawings and reports, shall be provided in both digital (PDF and CAD) and three (3) hard-copy sets.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Delgado Electrical Engineering LLC to proceed with the Electrical Engineer services as described herein for the project located in United States Miami.
