This Quotation Estimate is issued by Mavuto Electrical Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a registered and licensed firm operating in Zimbabwe Harare, in response to the formal request for professional Electrical Engineer services submitted by the Harare City Council Infrastructure Division. The Electrical Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate is scheduled over a total duration of fourteen (14) calendar weeks, commencing within ten (10) business days of contract award. The project will be executed in three phases: Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3) covering site surveys and design; Phase 2 (Weeks 4–11) covering installation supervision; and Phase 3 (Weeks 12–14) covering commissioning and final reporting. All milestones will be reported to the Harare City Council on a fortnightly basis.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase 2, and 30% upon final certification and handover. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to our designated account in Harare.
All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Electricity Act [Chapter 13:27], ZERA regulations, IEC standards, and Harare City Council by-laws.
The client shall provide safe access to all sites, existing electrical documentation, and any necessary permits required for the Electrical Engineer team to carry out their duties within Zimbabwe Harare.
Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be issued as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
Our firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than USD 500,000 for the duration of the project.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 7:11].
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
