VoltMaster Electrical Solutions Ltd. is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for comprehensive Electrician services to be carried out at the client's residential property located in Maitama, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. As a licensed and certified Electrician operating within Nigeria Abuja, our team of qualified professionals will execute all electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance works in strict compliance with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) standards, the Nigerian Building Code, and all applicable Federal Capital Territory (FCT) regulations governing electrical installations in Abuja.

As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 40% Advance Payment (NGN 1,921,240) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and before commencement of work.
- 40% Progress Payment (NGN 1,921,240) upon completion of all wiring, fixture installation, and inverter system setup.
- 20% Final Payment (NGN 960,620) upon successful commissioning, testing, and handover of the Electrical Installation Certificate.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to VoltMaster Electrical Solutions Ltd., First Bank of Nigeria, Abuja Branch, Account No: 3045 8821 007. No cash payments will be accepted for this project.
The Electrician team will mobilize to the site in Maitama, Abuja, within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. The estimated duration for full completion of all works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is twenty (20) working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials at approved electrical supply depots in Wuse and Garki, Abuja.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in the cost of electrical materials in the Nigeria Abuja market.
- All materials and equipment specified in this Quotation Estimate are of premium grade and carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The Electrician's workmanship is guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) and the FCT Ministry of Works prior to the commencement of any external electrical works.
- Any additional work not explicitly stated in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost, to be agreed upon by both parties before execution.
- VoltMaster Electrical Solutions Ltd. shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment on site throughout the duration of the project in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Electrician team shall adhere to all health and safety protocols as mandated by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Nigeria, and shall provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of Electrician services as detailed herein for the project located in Nigeria Abuja. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes VoltMaster Electrical Solutions Ltd. to proceed with the works.
