- 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Electrician reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the South African market.
- 2. Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation work, and 20% upon final handover and delivery of the Certificate of Compliance.
- 3. All Electrician work is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the CoC, covering workmanship and materials supplied by VoltEdge Electrical Solutions.
- 4. The client acknowledges that all electrical work in Johannesburg, South Africa, must be performed by a CEC-registered Electrician. VoltEdge guarantees full compliance with this requirement.
- 5. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal approvals from the City of Johannesburg for structural modifications to the electrical installation prior to commencement.
- 6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of Eskom connection fees, new meter supply, or any work related to the utility provider's infrastructure.
