- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrician rates and material costs may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of wiring and distribution board installation, and 20% upon final handover and CEB certification.
- All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account of LankaVolt Electrical Services (Pvt) Ltd, Commercial Bank, Colombo Branch, A/C No: 1010-0456-789.
- The Electrician team guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final handover. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- All materials supplied are new, SLS-certified, and carry manufacturer warranties. The Electrician will provide all relevant material warranties to the client upon project completion.
- Work schedule: The Electrician team will commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. Estimated completion is within eighteen (18) working days, subject to weather conditions and CEB inspection scheduling in Colombo.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary local authority permits or approvals from the Colombo Municipal Council prior to commencement of external works.
- Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing by the Electrician before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The Electrician reserves the right to decline work if site conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be referred to the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act and adjudicated in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
