1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for electrical materials in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
2. Payment of fifty percent (50%) advance is required before the Electrician team commences work on site. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon successful completion and sign-off of all Electrician services.
3. All Electrician work shall be carried out in strict compliance with the Tanzania Electricity Act, TANESCO regulations, and the Building Regulations of Dar es Salaam City Council.
4. The Electrician team shall provide a twelve-month (12-month) warranty on all labour and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials are passed through to the client.
5. The project timeline of ten (10) working days assumes uninterrupted access to the site in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. Delays caused by the client or force majeure events will extend the schedule accordingly.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include structural modifications, civil works, or any non-electrical trades. A separate Quotation Estimate will be issued if such services are required.
7. The Electrician firm shall maintain full public liability insurance throughout the duration of the project in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
8. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of the United Republic of Tanzania.
