This Quotation Estimate is issued by ElectroCaracas Solutions C.A. to provide comprehensive Electrician services for the residential property located in Venezuela Caracas. The scope encompasses a full diagnostic assessment, rewiring of outdated electrical circuits, installation of a new main distribution panel, and the addition of dedicated circuits for modern appliances. The Electrician team assigned to this project will consist of two licensed electricians and one electrical technician, all registered with the Venezuelan Ministry of Power and Renewable Energy. The work is scheduled to be performed over a period of five (5) business days, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to minimize disruption to the client and neighboring residents in the Venezuela Caracas residential complex.
Given the specific infrastructure challenges commonly encountered in Venezuela Caracas, including voltage fluctuations and intermittent power supply from the local utility (Corporación Eléctrica de Caracas, C.E.C.), this Quotation Estimate includes the provision and installation of a surge protection device and a whole-house voltage stabilizer to safeguard the client's electrical equipment.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rate fluctuations in Venezuela Caracas, or availability of imported electrical components.
- All Electrician labor and materials are guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. The surge protection device and voltage stabilizer carry a separate manufacturer warranty of thirty-six (36) months.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of wiring and panel installation, and 20% upon final inspection and delivery of the compliance certificate. Payments may be made in US Dollars (USD), Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) at the BCV official rate on the day of payment, or via Zelle/transfer to the account specified by the Electrician service provider.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Alcaldía de Chacao and C.E.C. (Corporación Eléctrica de Caracas) prior to the commencement of work. ElectroCaracas Solutions C.A. will provide all technical documentation required for such permits at no additional cost.
- All work performed by our Electrician team will adhere strictly to the Venezuelan National Electrical Code (CNE), IEC 60364, and local Venezuela Caracas municipal building regulations. Any deviation from these standards will be corrected at no additional charge to the client.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No work will be performed on Venezuelan national holidays or weekends unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, in which case a 25% surcharge will apply to labor costs.
- Any additional work or changes to the scope not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of a backup generator, inverter system, or solar panel installation. Should the client wish to add such systems, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be prepared by our Electrician engineering team within five (5) business days of the request.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to prolonged power outages exceeding 72 hours affecting the Venezuela Caracas grid, project timelines may be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.
