This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Precision Electronics Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a senior Electronics Engineer for the design, development, testing, and commissioning of embedded electronic systems. All services described herein shall be performed within the jurisdiction of China Beijing, in full compliance with the national standards of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) and the relevant electronic industry regulations enforced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People's Republic of China.

The designated Electronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University, possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design, PCB layout, firmware integration, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. The Electronics Engineer will operate primarily from our facility in the Zhongguancun Science Park, Haidian District, China Beijing, with the option of on-site visits to the client's premises within the greater Beijing metropolitan area as required by the project timeline.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Beijing Precision Electronics Engineering Co., Ltd.
2. All services shall be performed by the assigned Electronics Engineer or, in the event of temporary unavailability, by a substitute of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to prior written approval by the client.
3. All intellectual property (IP) generated under this engagement, including but not limited to schematics, PCB files, firmware source code, and test reports, shall vest in the client upon full and final payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in a portfolio in anonymized form.
4. Work shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, and the relevant GB/T national standards for electronic components and systems.
5. Any change in scope, additional design iterations beyond three (3) rounds, or extended on-site visits in China Beijing beyond the two (2) days specified shall be subject to a separate written change order and additional charges at the hourly rates stated in Section 2.
6. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Beijing Precision Electronics Engineering Co., Ltd. A VAT invoice (fapiao) shall be issued within five (5) business days of each payment receipt.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure.
8. This Quotation Estimate constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings.
