The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's manufacturing premises in China Shanghai:

• Design and development of custom printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies for the automated assembly line, including schematic capture, layout, and simulation.
• Selection and integration of microcontroller units (MCUs), sensors, actuators, and communication modules compliant with Chinese national standards (GB/T) and IEC 61508 functional safety requirements.
• Development of embedded firmware and real-time control software for the production line's electronic control units.
• Conducting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and ensuring compliance with China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) certification requirements.
• Supervision of prototype fabrication, bench testing, and iterative design refinement at the China Shanghai pilot facility.
• Preparation of complete technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, component BOMs, test procedures, and maintenance manuals in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• On-site commissioning support and operator training for the client's engineering team in China Shanghai.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 40% milestone payment upon completion of PCB design, firmware development, and successful prototype testing in China Shanghai.
• 30% final payment upon successful commissioning, delivery of all documentation, and client sign-off.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Shanghai Precision Electronics Consulting Ltd. in CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi).
• Invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labor market conditions in China Shanghai.
• The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid work permit and residence permit for the People's Republic of China, or shall be a Chinese national. All visa and work authorization costs are included in the estimate.
• All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Background IP of the Electronics Engineer and the consulting firm remains the property of the respective owners.
• The client shall provide a suitable workspace, access to the production floor, and all necessary safety equipment at the China Shanghai site in accordance with local occupational health and safety regulations.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in China Shanghai.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the course of this engagement, in compliance with China's Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law.
