This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Delta Engineering Consultants to Al-Nile Industrial Manufacturing Co. in Egypt Cairo, detailing the professional services, technical deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Electronics Engineer to oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of industrial electronic control systems. This document serves as a binding financial and technical proposal and shall remain valid for the period specified above. All pricing is quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated, and all work shall be performed in compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Energy regulations as well as IEC international standards applicable in Egypt Cairo.
The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following professional services within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area and its immediate industrial zones:
- System Architecture Design: Full schematic design and component selection for a 12-channel industrial PLC-based control panel, including power supply units, signal conditioning circuits, and communication interfaces (Modbus RTU, Ethernet/IP).
- PCB Layout and Prototyping: Design of a 6-layer printed circuit board for the main control logic, followed by fabrication of three prototype units for bench testing in our Egypt Cairo laboratory facility.
- Firmware Development: Programming of embedded microcontroller firmware (ARM Cortex-M4) for real-time sensor data acquisition, motor speed control, and fault diagnostics.
- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing: Conducted and radiated emissions testing in accordance with IEC 61000-4 series standards, performed at our accredited test chamber in Egypt Cairo.
- On-Site Commissioning: Minimum five (5) working days of on-site installation, wiring verification, and system commissioning at the client’s facility in Nasr City, Egypt Cairo.
- Technical Documentation: Delivery of complete as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, test reports, user manuals, and maintenance guides in both Arabic and English.
- Post-Commissioning Support: Ninety (90) days of remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, firmware patches, and operator training sessions.

4.1 — A non-refundable advance payment of 30% (EGP 101,916) shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
4.2 — A progress payment of 40% (EGP 135,888) shall be due upon successful completion of prototype testing and EMC compliance verification.
4.3 — The final balance of 30% (EGP 101,916) shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the client’s written sign-off on the commissioning report and receipt of all technical documentation.
4.4 — All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Engineering Consultants, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.
The total estimated duration for the Electronics Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) working weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule shall be managed from our Egypt Cairo office, with weekly progress reports submitted to the client’s project manager. Any delays attributable to the client (e.g., late provision of site access or specification changes) shall extend the timeline proportionally at no additional cost to the client.
6.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Egypt Cairo.
6.2 — The Electronics Engineer and all supporting technicians shall hold valid professional licenses issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000.
6.3 — All intellectual property rights in the designs, firmware, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
6.4 — Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
6.5 — Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center in Cairo.
6.6 — This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment specified in Section 4.1.
