This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional services to be delivered by a senior Electronics Engineer engaged by TechnoElectro Solutions GmbH for the client's operations in Germany Berlin. The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the complete redesign, prototyping, and validation of industrial control circuitry as part of the client's Phase II modernization programme. All work will be conducted in accordance with German industrial standards (DIN, VDE) and applicable European Union directives.
- Circuit Design & Schematic Development: The Electronics Engineer will produce full schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection documentation for three new control modules, ensuring compliance with IEC 61508 functional safety requirements.
- Prototype Fabrication & Testing: Design of two prototype iterations, including signal integrity analysis, thermal simulation, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) pre-testing in our Berlin laboratory facility.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: Verification of all designs against German electrical safety regulations (DGUV V3), CE marking requirements, and RoHS/REACH directives applicable within Germany Berlin and the broader EU market.
- Technical Documentation: Preparation of complete technical dossiers, including wiring diagrams, test procedures, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings, delivered in both German and English.

3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in component costs or changes in the Electronics Engineer's availability.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of TechnoElectro Solutions GmbH, Berlin. A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Electronics Engineer's schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon successful completion and sign-off of all deliverables.
3.3 Project Timeline: The estimated duration for the complete scope of work is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract commencement. The Electronics Engineer will provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager in Germany Berlin.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All designs, schematics, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
3.5 Liability & Insurance: TechnoElectro Solutions GmbH maintains professional indemnity insurance covering a minimum of €2,000,000 per claim. The Electronics Engineer's work is subject to standard engineering tolerances; the client acknowledges that final regulatory approval rests with the relevant German authorities.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
3.7 Cancellation: Either party may cancel the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client after work has commenced, all hours and costs incurred up to the cancellation date shall be invoiced in full.
4. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Electronics Engineer services described herein, to be performed in Germany Berlin under the terms and conditions stated above.
