The Electronics Engineer engagement covers the following professional activities to be executed at the client's premises and designated sites within Ghana Accra:
- Design and development of custom printed circuit board (PCB) layouts for industrial control systems.
- Installation, calibration, and commissioning of electronic instrumentation and sensor arrays at the client's manufacturing facility in East Legon, Accra.
- Conducting comprehensive fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of existing electronic equipment and control panels.
- Providing technical consultancy on power distribution systems, signal processing units, and embedded microcontroller systems.
- Preparing detailed technical documentation, schematics, and as-built drawings for all electronic subsystems.
- Training the client's in-house maintenance staff on the operation and basic upkeep of the installed electronic systems.

The total estimated duration for the completion of all Electronics Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is six (6) calendar weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed at the client's facility located in Ghana Accra, with all site visits and on-site work conducted between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in accordance with standard working hours in Ghana.
- 30% Advance Payment: GHS 62,531.25 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment: GHS 83,375.00 – Due upon completion of installation and commissioning (end of Week 4).
- 30% Final Payment: GHS 62,531.25 – Due upon final inspection, handover of documentation, and issuance of the completion certificate.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AccraTech Electronics & Engineering Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- The Electronics Engineer services are subject to the availability of the assigned personnel. In the event of unforeseen absence, a qualified substitute of equivalent or higher grade shall be provided at no additional cost.
- All work performed will comply with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) regulations, the National Communications Authority (NCA) guidelines, and applicable IEC international standards.
- A warranty period of twelve (12) months is provided on all installed electronic systems and components, covering defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or force majeure events.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all work areas, necessary power supply, and any permits required for the execution of the Electronics Engineer scope within Ghana Accra.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is stated in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate change order and additional cost assessment.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary designs, schematics, and technical data shared during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Our Electronics Engineer team is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work for the Electronics Engineer services to be delivered in Ghana Accra. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
