This Quotation Estimate is issued by ElectroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered firm operating out of India Mumbai, in response to the written request received from Kulkarni Industries LLP. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Electronics Engineer and a supporting technical team to design, prototype, and validate a custom embedded control system for the client’s manufacturing line. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in the state of Maharashtra, India.
The Electronics Engineer and the associated technical team will deliver the following services at the client’s facility in Mumbai and, where required, at our design laboratory in Andheri East, India Mumbai:
- Requirement Analysis & System Architecture: The lead Electronics Engineer will conduct on-site meetings at the client’s Mumbai premises to understand the operational requirements, environmental constraints, and integration needs of the existing production equipment.
- PCB Design & Schematic Development: Full custom printed circuit board (PCB) layout, schematic capture, and simulation using industry-standard EDA tools. The Electronics Engineer will ensure compliance with IS/IEC 60950 safety standards applicable in India.
- Firmware Development: Embedded C/C++ firmware for the ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller, including real-time control loops, sensor interfacing, and Modbus RTU communication protocols.
- Prototype Fabrication & Testing: Three (3) iterative prototype builds, functional testing, thermal analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) pre-compliance testing conducted at our India Mumbai laboratory.
- Design Documentation & Handover: Complete design files, BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, test reports, and a detailed user/maintenance manual delivered in both digital and printed formats.
- On-Site Commissioning & Training: The Electronics Engineer will be physically present at the client’s Mumbai site for a minimum of five (5) working days to oversee installation, commissioning, and operator training.

Amount in words: Indian Rupees Twelve Lakh Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Only (INR 12,15,400/-), inclusive of 18% GST as applicable in India Mumbai.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Electronics Engineer team’s availability and component pricing may be revised.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful prototype validation, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover at the client’s Mumbai site.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of ElectroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Andheri East Branch, Mumbai, India. Account No. and IFSC details are available upon request.
- The Electronics Engineer and the project team shall adhere to all applicable Indian electrical safety codes, IS standards, and local municipal regulations in India Mumbai.
- Intellectual property (IP) of the final design, firmware, and documentation shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. ElectroTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to use generic design methodologies for future projects.
- Any scope changes or additional requirements beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- The Electronics Engineer will provide a twelve (12) month warranty on the delivered hardware and firmware, covering defects in design and workmanship, subject to normal operating conditions.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Electronics Engineer services to be rendered in India Mumbai.
