This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tokyo Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a senior Electronics Engineer for the duration of the project period. The Electronics Engineer will be deployed to the client's facilities located in Japan Tokyo and will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of electronic systems, printed circuit boards (PCBs), embedded firmware, and signal-processing hardware in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and applicable international regulations.
The scope encompasses the following key deliverables and responsibilities:
- Full-cycle hardware design and schematic development for mixed-signal and digital electronic assemblies.
- PCB layout, simulation, and prototyping using industry-standard EDA tools (Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD).
- Firmware development and integration for microcontroller-based systems (ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V architectures).
- Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance verification per VCCI and TELEC standards applicable in Japan Tokyo.
- Thermal analysis, power-integrity verification, and reliability testing of electronic modules.
- Technical documentation, design reviews, and client presentations conducted in English with optional Japanese-language support.
- On-site troubleshooting, field diagnostics, and post-deployment maintenance at the client's Japan Tokyo premises.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and payable via bank transfer to the account specified by Tokyo Precision Engineering Co., Ltd.:
- 30% advance payment (JPY 12,573,000) due within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly progress payments (JPY 2,492,500 per month) invoiced on the first business day of each month, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- Final settlement of any remaining balance upon project completion and client sign-off of the final deliverables report.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by the client. Upon acceptance, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of Japan.
- The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain all professional certifications, including but not limited to JISA (Japan Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers) membership and relevant safety qualifications required for work in Japan Tokyo.
- All intellectual property, design files, firmware source code, and technical documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Japanese labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and data-protection statutes (Act on the Protection of Personal Information) while performing duties in Japan Tokyo.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional PCB iterations, or extended field-support hours beyond the quantities stated herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes) common to the Japan Tokyo region, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electronic components, semiconductors, or raw materials, which shall be procured and paid for separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Tokyo, Japan, and, if unresolved, through the Tokyo District Court.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Electronics Engineer services to be performed in Japan Tokyo.
