1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Precision Circuit Engineering Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional Electronics Engineer services in Nigeria Abuja. Our firm, a registered and certified engineering consultancy operating within the Federal Capital Territory, specializes in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems, embedded control units, power electronics, and telecommunications infrastructure. This document provides a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with the engagement of our senior Electronics Engineer team to deliver the scope of work outlined below. 2. SCOPE OF WORK

The Electronics Engineer services proposed in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following deliverables for the Federal Ministry of Power, Abuja:

  • Design and development of a 500kVA uninterruptible power supply (UPS) control system for the Ministry's central data center.
  • Installation and commissioning of industrial-grade PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automation systems across three (3) substations in the Abuja metropolitan area.
  • Comprehensive diagnostic testing, fault isolation, and repair of existing SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) electronic hardware.
  • Development of custom printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies for sensor monitoring units deployed at the Kuru and Gboko transmission corridors.
  • Provision of a 12-month post-commissioning maintenance and technical support contract for all installed Electronics Engineer systems.
  • Preparation of full technical documentation, as-built drawings, and operator training manuals.

4. PAYMENT TERMS AND SCHEDULE

Payment for the services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to satisfactory milestone acceptance by the client's designated project officer:

  • 30% Advance Payment: NGN 8,720,400.00 upon execution of the service agreement and issuance of a Purchase Order.
  • 40% Progress Payment: NGN 11,627,200.00 upon successful commissioning of all PLC systems and UPS control units.
  • 20% Completion Payment: NGN 5,813,600.00 upon final handover, documentation delivery, and completion of operator training.
  • 10% Retention: NGN 2,906,800.00 released after the 12-month maintenance period concludes without unresolved critical defects.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Precision Circuit Engineering Ltd. at Zenith Bank PLC, Garki Branch, Abuja (Account No. 1012-3456-7890). Invoices will be issued within five (5) working days of each milestone acceptance.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Nigeria Abuja.
  2. All Electronics Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) professional registration and appropriate competency certificates.
  3. The client shall provide safe access to all work sites, necessary permits, and coordination with relevant Nigerian regulatory bodies (NERC, NCC) as required for the scope of work.
  4. Warranty on all installed electronic hardware and custom PCB assemblies is twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  5. Any variation or change order to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
  7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, FCT.

6. PROJECT TIMELINE

The estimated duration for full completion of all deliverables outlined in this Quotation Estimate is sixteen (16) weeks from the date of contract commencement. The Electronics Engineer team will deploy to the Nigeria Abuja site within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be submitted within the first week of mobilization.

7. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a formal request to proceed with the engagement of the Electronics Engineer services described.
